Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are always welcome. That said, most clients book ahead to guarantee their preferred day and time — especially on weekends — so we recommend reserving a spot if you can.
What are your hours?
We're open Monday through Saturday, 9am to 8pm. Sundays are by appointment only, so give us a call if that's the only day that works for you.
Do you take both cash and card?
Yes — we accept cash and card for every service on the menu, no minimum required.
Is the salon good for kids?
Absolutely. We offer a dedicated Children's Cut ($20) and our stylists are patient and experienced with younger clients — it's a genuinely family-friendly shop.
How do I know which color service I need?
If you're just refreshing your regrowth, a Root Touch-Up ($65) is usually enough. For a full shift in shade, ask about All-Over Color ($85), or Partial ($95) / Full Highlights ($135) for dimension. Not sure? Mention it when you book and we'll help you choose.
